Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

COMMITMENT TO HEALTH: Our products never include preservatives, animal-by products, or fillers. Over the years we’ve stayed true to our core principles. Sharing a treat with your dog is fun and rewarding but doesn’t have to come at the expense of health. This is why all of our products are made with high quality ingredients in our SQF level II bakery, and each treat is made with love and compassion.

ABOUT US: In 1997 we discovered that some of the most popular dog treat brands all contained some amount of harmful ingredients. This didn’t sit well with our founder, who had just gotten a golden retriever puppy she named Daisy. She set out to find a safer treat alternative, but ultimately realized the only solution to her problem was to just create her own!
